At ACE Language Centre, we are dedicated to helping our international students navigate the visa application process smoothly. Our comprehensive guide provides detailed information on the necessary steps, required documentation, and associated fees to obtain a student visa for studying in Malaysia.

Visa Application Process:

1. Complete and sign the ACE Language Centre Registration Form.
2. Submit a full-color copy of your passport, including all pages.
3. Provide passport-sized photos with a white background.
4. Include academic certificates and high school results with English translations.
5. Complete the Health Declaration Form.
6. Pay the registration and visa application fees.

Visa Fees:

• Registration Fee: RM 300
• Visa/Medical Fee: RM 2400
• Additional Fees after Visa Approval: RM 12,000 for 6 months of the Intensive English Course, RM 900 Material Fee, and RM 550 Airport Clearance.

Processing Time: The student visa process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of application. You can track your application status online at Education Malaysia.

Important Notes:

• Registration and visa application fees are non-refundable.
• Ensure all documents are scanned at a high resolution (minimum 200 DPI).
