Is this programme suitable for beginners? ➕
Yes! Our placement assessment identifies each student's level and assigns them to an appropriate group. We cater to all levels from elementary through to advanced.
What is the maximum class size? ➕
All ACE classes are capped at 10 students per tutor to ensure meaningful individual attention throughout each session.
Are meals included in the fees? ➕
Morning refreshments are included for all students. Full Day enrolments include a supervised lunch daily. Dietary requirements can be accommodated.
What safeguarding measures are in place? ➕
All staff hold current DBS checks and first-aid certification. We operate a strict sign-in/out procedure and maintain comprehensive CCTV coverage across all facilities.
What is the cancellation and refund policy? ➕
Cancellations made 14 or more days before a session commences are eligible for a full refund. Within 14 days, we offer a full credit transferable to any future programme.
